PROCESS

Brief
This is where we can gain and understanding of the project and scope of work from either a designed fireplace or assistance with the selection an design of a fireplace this phase allows us to explore our role.

 

Concept: 
Our concepts carefully consider the spaces, function, scale, buildability, and functionality of a fireplace in both new construction as well as renovations or the simple addition of a fireplace to an existing home .  In this phase we are Capable of providing  sketches, mood  boards  and reference imagery for approval.  

 

Design Development:
Design Development expands our conceptual ideas into a workable nd buildable fireplace design.  We can develop drawings in this phase, if required for incorporation into the overall project drawing set.  

 

Construction:
At the appropriate time we mobilize to site to collaborate with concrete team and the framers to assure proper coordination as we begin to integrate the fireplaces into the architecture.    

Commissioning and Completion: Fireplace is tested for performance  with a  first burn.
